Two new acquisitions for my panel of experts
EnriqueGarcia, one of the most relevant sommeliers in the region of Alicante, where Celler L'Alter De Benimaquia is. He has written numerous books about wineries in La Marina and Alicante and he conducts an Internet show about gastronomy. He is the owner of one of the greatest restaurants in the area Capepe http://www.capepe.com
AnnaliisaMoter, she works in Arlequin, one of the trendiest wine shops here in San Francisco. They focus on familiar and sustainable wine. She has a wide knowledge of wine, and she is also finishing her wine studies in Sonoma.

Panel Experts
PanelExperts
I have been asking people related to the wine world in Spain. I have found some interested in this proyect:
Santiago Martinez Ochoa, winemaker from the region La Marina Alta, he is also involved in the production of the wines in Celler L'Alter De Benimaquia.
Juan Tarrega, professor and artist, his inspiration comes from grapevines and wine, his blog
cepaypincel.blogspot.com
Josh Singer, one of the greatest professors I found here in SFSU.
I have a couple more that I would like to add to my panel if it's possible:
Angel Vives, owner of the prestigious hotel and restaurant in La Marina Alta, http://www.castelldelasolana.es/
Pilar Salillas, winemaker in Tarragona, Spain, her winery exports to San Francisco.
One characteristic that all share is their passion for wine. I think all of them can contribute with different ideas and knowledge that can enrich this project so much.
I also want to find somebody here in San Francisco in a wine store (this is my mission for this weekend). Good luck!

Research difficulties
Hello everybody! How is the research going? After starting mine, I discovered that some of the thesis and projects, I am interested, are in format microfiche. After email Darlene, she told me that we can order them from the library and that they still have the machine to read and print them. Just letting you know in case you are experiencing the same problem.
